Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees paid for contests, event publishing, business registration, subscriptions or promotional services are subject to the terms shown before payment. Refund eligibility depends on service status, processing costs and whether work, review, publishing, promotion or subscription access has already begun. Duplicate or failed-payment cases will be reviewed using the payment gateway transaction record. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported.
